Cupping

The use of drawing pressure from “Cupping” can be extremely useful for many of its traditional benefits, in regard to Musculo skeletal complaints, the cupping utilised is best to release myofacial adhesion which is where the connective tissue adheres to surrounding structures, stagnating it from a cellular level (toxicity) and restricting its dynamic movement from a range of movement perspective.

Dragging the cups longitudinally and also in a cross fibre direction draws on the underlying muscle inversely into the cup, stretching the underlying tissue under drawing pressure, creating sheering stress through the layers beneath which stretch and separate them, whilst also releasing toxins back into the blood stream for processing and elimination.
